I had no idea why wasn't starting too, I am admin (yet win7 have faced many admin issues through its history so far) and was getting mssg. Yes, I already know this thread is old, but new to me.so, I have IIS running since have been fooling around with the environment of having my own server and running these WAMP services under my paid hosting same features yet not on Apache.
